The mandate is precise. The ecosystem must forge 10,000 advanced AI specialists capable of architecting foundational neural networks. Simultaneously, it will train 100,000 applied professionals tasked with integrating these models into legacy industrial sectors. The venture capital markets are already pricing in this momentum. Startups within the ecosystem secured $559 million in the first quarter of 2026 alone. This represents a sevenfold increase year-over-year. Across 114 distinct technoparks, more than 13,000 startups are currently compiling code and iterating on product-market fit. These innovation hubs are decentralizing the tech boom. They push advanced research and development out of the immediate metropolitan core and into regional centers, creating a resilient, distributed network of deep-tech engineering.

Over 300 global technology entities and venture funds managing tens of billions in assets will converge on the city. They are hunting for the foundational layers of the next digital epoch: quantum computing architectures, 5G telecommunications grids, and smart manufacturing protocols.
